By using GlobalShip services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include domestic and international shipping, freight forwarding, warehousing, and related logistics services.
Shipping Terms
All shipments are subject to inspection and may be refused or returned if they contain prohibited items. Estimated delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed.
Liability
GlobalShip's liability for lost or damaged shipments is limited to the declared value or actual value of the goods, whichever is lower, subject to applicable shipping insurance.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. Quoted prices are valid for the period specified in the quotation. Additional charges may apply for customs duties, taxes, and special handling.
Prohibited Items
Certain items are prohibited from shipping, including but not limited to hazardous materials, illegal substances, and items restricted by international regulations.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Los Angeles, California, in accordance with applicable laws.
